| I would be in favor of eliminating all taxes mentioned above and implementing the Fair Tax, which is a tax on consumption. It would abolish the IRS (which I am in favor of) and everyone will pay something. The tax system needs to be reformed completely. If the Fair Tax is not passed in Congress. Immigration is one of the few responsibilities of the federal government. However, we spend federal funds on many things that are the function of the states and local governments. Also, illegal immigration could be reduced without using extra funds if current immigration laws are enforced and the magnets that promote illegal immigration are taken away. 2) Reducing the National Debt (no extra funding required). 3) Reform the Tax System (Lower and Simpler Taxes for all) |
